As Needed/On Call Technical Staff Augmentation Services - (Request for Proposals)

Description: Provide on-call / as-needed technical staff augmentation services. These services will support Rapides Parish in pre-disaster preparedness, emergency response, and post-disaster recovery activities associated with storms, hurricanes, flooding events, and other declared or non-declared emergencies. Rapides Parish does not maintain permanent in-house staffing for certain technical disciplines, including but not limited to engineering, inspection, surveying, construction coordination, and CAD services. As a result, the Parish requires access to qualified technical personnel capable of supporting emergency preparedness, disaster response, infrastructure damage assessments, hazard mitigation activities, and recovery efforts associated with flooding, severe weather, tropical storm events, and other emergencies affecting the Parish. The Parish seeks to establish an as-needed, on-call professional engineering services contract so that qualified technical personnel may be mobilized quickly when emergency conditions arise.
