As-Needed Catering Services for District Events (Extended Opening RFP)

Description: Wylie Independent School District is soliciting proposals to create a pool of qualified catering vendors to provide as-needed catering services for district events; selected vendors will be placed on a non-exclusive list and may be called upon as required. The solicitation is an extended-opening RFP (Opportunity ID 2027-J07-103) with the contract term beginning August 17, 2026 and initially ending August 31, 2026, with an option to auto-renew annually through August 31, 2031. All proposals must be submitted electronically via the District’s e-bidding system (IonWave) and the stated submission deadline is June 3, 2027 at 2:00 p.m.; no emailed/faxed submissions will be accepted.
