The City of Indianapolis and Marion County Purchasing Division is soliciting sealed bids for artificial turf maintenance services for 11 park locations totaling 51,495 square feet, including cleaning, magnet sweep, disinfectant application, inspection and repair, and ASTM G-max impact testing. The contract is for a two-year term with an option to renew and requires reporting on turf condition and recommendations. Bids must be submitted by the specified deadline and may be submitted electronically or as a hard copy per the posted instructions.

DESIGN/BUILD: Design and construct a synthetic turf field at Baseball Field 5. The existing sod field has poor drainage and frequently necessitates cancelation of activities following rain. The City desires to replace the existing sod field with a new synthetic turf field. According to Georgia Public Works Law, public works construction means the building, altering, repairing, improving, or demolishing of any public structure or building or other public improvements of any kind to any public real property other than road construction or the routine operation, repair, or maintenance of existing structures, buildings or real property.

The City of Alpharetta is soliciting Design-Build proposals to design and construct a synthetic turf field at Wills Park Baseball Field 5 to replace an existing sod field with drainage issues. The solicitation requires compliance with bonding, insurance, licensing, NPDES testing, and other permits; evaluation will be based on best value using submitted cost proposals and required forms.
