Description: Moapa Valley Water District is soliciting bids for construction of the Arrow Canyon #3 Drilling project (CL-2026-119), a culinary water production well intended to serve as a backup to Arrow Canyon Wells #1 and #2. The well is anticipated to be drilled to 1,000 feet below the existing ground surface and designed to produce 4,000 gpm. Plans and specifications are available after August 17, 2026 through Sunrise Engineering's plan room, and bids are to be publicly opened and read on Wednesday, September 16, 2026 at 1:00 p.m. local time.
