Armory Community Center Renovation (Re-Bid)

Renovation (replacement of) title flooring through the building, interior painting and renovation of men's, women's and staff restrooms at cove senior center. Removal of old light fixtures and replacement of new LED light fixtures.

Community Center Kitchen Renovation.

Work includes renovation of existing akron-hawkins armory, originally constructed 1930s, to address exterior masonry deficiencies, repair rain water leaders and scuppers in limited area, remediate site elements noted, renovate interior areas as indicated with new construction and finish materials, modify mechanical plumbing electrical and technology, fire alarm and smoke detection system, abate hazardous materials. Owner occupancy is required during renovation contractor shall schedule work activities to accommodate owner. Construct a new metal storage building with conditioned and non-conditioned storage. Re-clad the dining facility and update finishes within.
