Laser cutting machine preventive maintenance and repair services.
Description: The Laser Cutting Machine shall be new and one of the manufacturer’s current models. The Laser Cutting Machine shall be a fully integrated Laser Cutting Machine operated by computer numerical control (CNC) using a Windows based controller. The Laser Cutting Machine shall be capable cutting Inconel and Mica sheet and be equipped with dust evacuation system designed for material being cut. Minimum Salient Features: Minimum 118 inch X axis working range; Minimum 59 inch Y axis working range; Minimum 0.001 inch central positioning accuracy; Workpiece capacity of at least 2050 pounds; Self Cleaning Filtered Dust/Fume Collection System.
