Architect-Engineer (A/E) Services – Independent Structural Analysis of Existing Braai Canopy

Description: The U.S. Consulate General Cape Town is seeking qualifications from Architect-Engineer firms to independently inspect and assess an existing braai canopy and associated flue/chimney termination on U.S. Government property in Cape Town, South Africa. The selected firm must perform structural analysis, evaluate compliance with applicable South African requirements and engineering standards, identify deficiencies, recommend remedies, and prepare a signed and sealed professional engineering report. This is a qualifications-based selection in which firms must submit an SF330 and supporting qualifications without pricing; the Government will request a price proposal only from the most highly qualified firm.
