Description: Provide annual painting maintenance services. Work include 109,811 SF walls, clean walls and ceilings to remove dust and grease, fill holes, cracks, and imperfections with spackling compound or caulk. O sand surfaces as needed to ensure a smooth finish, apply primer to surfaces as needed, especially on new or repaired areas, paint edges, trim, and any intricate areas requiring precision.
