Appraiser, Review Appraiser, Right of Way Negotiator (Request For Proposal)

Description: Provide professional services to complete a water project for the Town of Davy, including, but not limited to, the construction of a new water treatment plant, demolition of the existing water treatment plant, water transmission and distribution improvements, installation of new waterlines and fire hydrants, relocation of the Asco booster pump station, and upgrades to infrastructure components. Services Requested: Appraiser, Review Appraiser, and Right-of-Way Negotiator to obtain all necessary rights-of-way and easements for the project.
