Description: The City of Yankton, South Dakota is soliciting sealed bids from qualified vendors for the annual supply and delivery of bulk street de-icing salt for the 2026-2027 winter season. The work under this contract consists of supplying and delivering bulk street de-icing salt FOB to the City of Yankton's salt storage facility, with specifications available from the Department of Public Works, Street Division. Sealed bids are due by 3:00 PM CT on July 30, 2026, with disposition of bids to be held at 6:00 PM on August 10, 2026 at the City Hall Technical Education Center; the City reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
