Annual Contract for Submersible Pump Repair

Description: MAWSS seeks an annual, as-needed agreement to evaluate and repair its submerged-use submersible pumps, generally 11–55 HP, excluding vertical turbine pumps and motors. The contractor must assess pumps and provide cost estimates within eight working days, then complete approved repairs within ten working days after receiving the purchase order and parts; urgent emergency repairs are required within 48 hours. The initial contract period is one year, with two one-year extension options.
