Work includes deconstruction of spoil banks on four canals. The four canals. The selected contractor will de-construct the spoil banks down to the marsh level and put them into the canal (aka backfilling). Only spoil banks and vegetation growing on them shall be removed. Trees at marsh-level elevation shall not be removed. This may leave trees standing on the former position of the spoil banks.
