Anaerobic Dairy Digester Projects - Funding Available (Request for Application) RFP

Description: Funding is available to build, repair or upgrade systems that capture methane from dairy manure and other organic waste. These systems reduce greenhouse gas emissions while producing renewable energy, fertilizer and other useful products. Set asides include: $2 million for cover-and-flare manure management projects; and $3 million for projects that have received funding through the US Department of Agriculture’s Regional Conservation Partnership Program. Digesters should do one of the following: Reduce methane emissions; or reduce untreated effluent.
