FY26 OTS Rappel Tower Demolition Service
Demolition and Removal of 60-Foot Rappel Tower. Safely dismantle, remove, and dispose of the existing 60-foot wooden rappel tower, including all associated hardware, guy wires, and structural supports, and restore the site to its pre-demolition condition without disrupting ongoing training operations. General Requirements and Site Preparation: The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, and supervision required to safely demolish the structure. Due to active personnel training in the Blue Thunder area, the Contractor must coordinate a daily work schedule with the Site Manager. High-visibility barricades and exclusion zones must be established daily and removed or secured at the end of each shift. A daily Foreign Object Debris (FOD) and hazard sweep must be conducted to ensure the safety of training personnel. See attached file.
