Description: The City of Rolling Meadows is soliciting sealed bids for the ALGONQUIN ROAD WATER MAIN LINING PROJECT, a construction solicitation rather than a grant program. Rand Road Ten-Ten Road Water Main RFP
The solicitation seeks construction of approximately 13,000 LF of 12-inch ductile iron pipe in the right-of-way of Ten-Ten Road and Rand Road. The work includes connections to existing mains at the Old Stage Road / Ten-Ten Road intersection and the Rand Road / Arnie Drive intersection, plus abandonment of a 450 LF pipe section at Arnie Drive. It also requires three NCDOT road crossings by jack and bore with 20-inch steel casing and associated asphalt, concrete, or general site repairs.
