Alcantra - Property Entrance Sign (Invitation to Bid)

Description: The project will construct a lighted brick sign at the Alcantra armory complex entrance as designated on the attached maps. The sign will be located at the new entrance to the Alcantra complex, and should be visible to traffic from both directions on the newly constructed Seward Meridian Bypass. Sign is to meet Federal Design Guide Standards and match sigh at Facility 57024 on Camp Carroll with lighting shinning down on the sign. Sign design to be approved by the Project manager before construction. Alt #1 run electrical power underground from the Armory facility to the new sign with two extra traces for future projects. Contractor must get all line locates, required permits and final approval of location from the States Project Manager before work can be started.
