Description: Work includes services to facilitate outgoing loans and returns to and from the art bank - maintain a database of works in the art bank collection and loan agreements; handle, pack and/or crate art for shipment or delivery to state offices, including associated state side travel; develop and maintain systems to track artwork, artists and loan status; conducting site visits for artwork installation or delivery as needed at the discretion of the art bank manager; oversee the contractor selected to digitize the collection and shift to online access.
