Alaska State Capitol Parking Garage Renovation (RFP)

Description: This Project consists of removal and replacement of some structural components of the parking garage, removal and construction of new drainage components, resurfacing of upper parking deck surface, and replacement of parking stops. Work includes demolition and disposal of existing materials, inspection and substrate repairs as indicated and required, construction of new structural components, compliant Haz-Mat removal, surface preparation, construction of concrete aprons, resurfacing of the upper parking garage, installing new parking stops, and painting parking stops and parking spot lines on the newly resurfaced parking deck.
