Construction services for general services administration (GSA), public buildings service. The contractor shall act as general contractor for small repair and alteration of real property in federal buildings (NAICS 236220), of both interior space and exterior building envelope and grounds. The contractor’s roles and responsibilities may include: design, demolition, abatement, repair and alteration of interior space including but not limited to, carpentry, woods and plastics, drywall, insulation, doors and openings, finishes, paint, bathroom fixtures, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, fire/life/safety equipment, specialized security equipment, fencing, windows, outdoor lighting. Sources Sought for Enterprise Software & Sustainment IDIQ
In order to perform these tasks, respondents must have the following capabilities for the platforms listed above: Demonstrated knowledge of sustaining engineering to include Non-Recurring Engineering (NRE), design, and fleet support for aircraft hardware and software. This includes conducting Engineering Investigations (EIs), managing system interfaces, performing technical analysis, supporting Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs), and managing configuration for CH-53, H-60, and Presidential helicopter platforms. Demonstrated knowledge of software and diagnostics sustainment including full software lifecycle support, including development, deficiency correction, and sustainment for operational flight programs, mission software, and diagnostics applications. Demonstrate experience with laboratory support and managing software requirements, design, qualification, and integration testing. See outside link.
