Work includes to cut and trim grass during the growing season, edge all walks and concrete areas, blow off all decks and concrete areas twice a month throughout the year, keep all leaves, trash, and other debris picked up twice a month throughout the year, keep weeds out of shrub beds(all mulched areas), prune shrubbery 4 times during the year, or as needed, add mulch in the spring.
