Description: The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service is seeking commercial heating-system repair and maintenance services for the Headquarters and Maintenance Buildings at the Alaska Peninsula / Becharof National Wildlife Refuge. The work includes replacing and repairing heating-system components, removing and replacing glycol, cleaning and flushing systems, operational testing, and diagnosing the Maintenance Building system. This total small-business set-aside requires completion within 60 calendar days after the Notice to Proceed, with work scheduled from September 21, 2026, through November 20, 2026.
