Description: work consist of 336 lf of inlet protection barrier, 393 sy of sodding, 1 ea of remove and dispose of existing manhole, 474 lf of remove and dispose of existing concrete curb or curb and gutter, 526 sy of remove and dispose of concrete sidewalk and driveway, 1426 lf of 6" concrete driveway, including excavation, 490 sf of 7" concrete driveway, 48 lf of 6" manhole curb and gutter, 357 lf of 6" monolithic curb 4718 sf of 4-1/2" concrete sidewalk, 2099 sf of wheelchair ramp, 32 sy of pavement repair and replacement, 15 ea of furnish and install traffic sign and post with new foundation, post and hardware.
