AI and Data Science Specialist Support – Health and Extreme Weather Project
The NIH Clinical Center seeks specialized AI, machine-learning, large-language-model, and data-science support for its Health and Extreme Weather study of extreme heat, hospital overcrowding, mortality, and EMS narratives. The work includes research support, data preparation and analysis, development and evaluation of AI/ML methods and pipelines, and preparation of reports and other research materials. This active presolicitation is a notice of intent to procure from the University of Maryland, College Park, rather than a request for competitive proposals, but other responsible sources may submit capability statements for consideration.
