AI-1099 - AI and Data Analytics Service for Global Diversion

Description: This RFP (AI-1099) seeks an expert vendor to provide AI and data analytics services toaddress global diversion, with deliverables including data analyses and visualizations of trade trends as well as a smartphone-accessible application using AI/ML, computer vision, OCR, and/or LLMs to identify export-controlled commodities.
