AFRC Skylight Removal and Reroofing (Request for Quotation)
Perform removal, roofing over and sealing 8 skylights. Work includes set up/stage as needed for project meeting state & federal (OSHA) rules. Demo existing metal frames & plastic bubbles; note once existing frame & bubbles are removed the awarded bidder shall cover the openings, even if only for an hour, to insure that no weather/creatures/detritus gets into the opening. Supply new metal frames/cover as needed; seal and roof over locations, with PFAS free materials; supply and install matching metal roofing over location; ensure all patch work is weather tight and no leaks are found after installation.
