Advertising Service RFP

Description: The North Carolina State Ports Authority is seeking an advertising agency to develop, manage, and place advertising campaigns supporting its business and economic development initiatives. The scope includes market research, advertising and video production, digital media, collateral and sales materials, exhibits, print advertising, and related promotional and public-relations support. This is an open request for proposals for a multi-year services contract with an initial three-year term and optional one-year extensions, and it is not a grant program.
