Description: The Department of the Air Force seeks a firm-fixed-price upgrade of the AFATS 02-02 test stand and its calibration cart, with the contractor providing all required components and parts. The test stand supports testing fuel-flow proportioners and float valves as well as refueling receptacles and transfer pumps, while the currently nonfunctional calibration cart is used to calibrate flowmeters and electrical parameters. The work includes training in maintenance, calibration, programming, and use of the test stand, and SAM registration is required for award.
