Administrative Building Roof Bid #1-Metal (Type) or Bid #2-Asphalt RFP

Description: Installation of a new roofing system on the Town Administrative Building. The project includes inspection of the existing roof, field verification of all dimensions, furnishing and installation of a complete metal and/or asphalt roofing system, required underlayment, flashing, trim, penetrations, ventilation, snow-control components where required, and removal and disposal of construction debris. Base Bid #1: Concealed-fastener standing-seam metal roofing system and/or Alternate-Exposed-fastener metal roofing system. Base Bid #2: Asphalt Roofing system.
