The selected consultant will, among other tasks, perform field investigations within the City right-of-way and of City facilities and parks in order to identify obstacles limiting accessibility, describe methods to improve accessibility and specify a schedule for achieving ADA compliance. The City is approx. 10.04 square miles and has approx. 191 centerline miles of streets. Certain sections and tasks within the project scope should be phased such that a separate scope and cost are provided for three (3) primary categories: (A) Public Right-of-Way, (B) Public Buildings, and (C) Parks & Recreational Facilities.
