ADA Paratransit Eligibility Services. Provide the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Paratransit Eligibility Services to both agencies; however, the selected Contractor will enter into separate contracts with StanRTA and the City. Each contract will be independently managed by the respective agency, and the Contractor is responsible for fulfilling the requirements, obligations, and performance standards specified by both agreements. Contractors should understand that performance expectations, invoicing, reporting, and compliance requirements may be specific to each agency and must be addressed fully in their proposals. The purpose of this joint procurement is to streamline service delivery, maintain consistent standards, and enhance accessibility for individuals with disabilities across both jurisdictions.
