ADA Improvements RFP

Description: Work includes but is not limited to, the following: alterations to be completed to existing storage room, which includes a private restroom, to create a single ADA compliant restroom. This will involve expanding the existing restroom area while removing one existing single restroom and reducing the area of the existing office. Work includes the adjustment of existing plumbing locations, new plumbing fixtures, new restroom wall and floor finishes, new restroom and office acoustic ceilings, new lighting, adjustment of existing sprinkler heads, adjustment of existing doors, new office flooring, and other work.
