DESIGN-BUILD: Project scope consists of the removal and replacement of the existing exterior steel stair located on the west end of the Building 3. The removal and replacement of the existing exterior stair located on the east end of Building 3 will be treated as an alternate. The new stair(s) will be constructed of aluminum and have open grates in lieu of filled concrete landings and treads.

Eddy County

Construction/renovation of the exterior of the existing four-story courthouse building. The building is currently occupied on an existing site and will include selective demolition, dismantling, removal, and restoration of exterior finish systems, exterior wood, roof components, windows, and doors.
