Seeks to engage a consultant (the “Consultant” or “PMC”) to provide Project Management Consultant (“PMC”) Services for the design and construction of Americans with Disabilities Act (“ADA”) accessibility upgrades at three (3) subway stations in the Borough of Manhattan. Consultant shall provide Project Management Consultant (“PMC”) services to manage the design and construction of Americans with Disabilities Act (“ADA”) accessibility upgrades, escalator replacements, state of good repair (“SOGR”) improvements, and track replacement work at three (3) subway stations (the “Stations”) in City (the “Projects”), on behalf of the Owner, acting by and through Owner. The Projects include the installation of ADA-compliant elevators and related accessibility improvements, existing escalator replacement, and SOGR improvements.
