Access to Cambridge University Press Electronic Journals
This RFQ seeks access through the Cambridge University Press Transformative Agreement so USDA employees, authorized public on-site users, and contractors can use Cambridge University Press journals. The required services include access to subscription journals, perpetual access to volumes published during the agreement term, shallow back-file access, and uncapped open-access publishing. The contractor must also provide author and librarian email support, conduct an onboarding webinar within 30 days of award, and provide monthly COUNTER-compliant usage statistics.
