A/E Services for Category B Services

Description: Radford University seeks statements of interest and qualifications from architectural/engineering firms to support small, discrete projects (investigations, studies, reports, and small project design) on an as‑needed basis. The goal is to maintain readily available A/E support to reduce the time and cost of repeatedly advertising numerous RFQs/RFPs and to increase efficiency in obtaining professional services. Qualification criteria are re‑solicited annually per Virginia’s CPSM.
