The contractor must maintain a minimum on-duty staff of two (2) State Certified EMTs who are also certified Emergency Medical Dispatchers and Emergency Communications Officers. Responsibilities include receiving, prioritizing, and dispatching units, as well as keeping meticulous tracking records and submitting monthly reports to the Office of Emergency Management regarding system statuses, ambulance unavailability, Fire Department asset dispatches, and mutual aid requests.
