94--Native Seed Production (Increase) requirement

Description: The Bureau of Land Management, National Park Service, U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, and United States Office of Wildland Fire Service are soliciting source-identified native seed production for restoration, rehabilitation, reclamation, wildfire stabilization, habitat improvement, and erosion-control projects across western U.S. regions. The work includes small- and large-lot seed increases, AOSCA Pre-Variety Germplasm certification, and provision of the labor, equipment, irrigation, transportation, cleaning, and testing needed to produce compliant seed. This is a firm-fixed-price procurement with multiple potential awards, a performance period from October 1, 2026 through September 30, 2031, and delivery to BLM National Seed Warehouse facilities in Boise, Idaho.
