911 Reserve Fund Actuarial Study (Request for Proposal)

Description: 911 reserve fund actuarial study. Agency's goals for this financial audit service is: to validate that reserve level, and advise on best practices to set that reserve level over time. Contractor shall conduct the audit using generally accepted auditing standards and accordingly, include such tests of the accounting records and such other auditing procedures as are considered necessary, and documenting the standards utilized in their reports.
