The proposed project consists of constructing a permanent-party barracks. The facility will include living and sleeping quarters, bathrooms, storage and service areas, a day room, comprehensive furnishings-related interior design, self-contained HVAC systems, fire protection and alarm systems, antiterrorism features, PACS, CCTV, EMCS connectivity, building information systems, cybersecurity measures, accessibility provisions, and applicable sustainability and energy-efficiency measures. Supporting work will include utilities and connections, site development, parking, paving, sidewalks, curbs and gutters, storm drainage, lighting, landscaping, signage, and roadway and pedestrian waterway crossings.
