Summary
This project consists of fully replacing the existing roofing systems at all roof levels to provide a system with an associated long-term warranty and complying with current energy efficiency standards. A total of 45,300 SF roof area, in 26 separate roofs at nine different floor levels will receive a new roofing system of two types: cold-applied liquid roofing and paver-protected cold-applied liquid roofing. The concrete deck cracks, delamination, and any other form of deterioration will be repaired from the exterior and interior sides. A new roof rail guard will be installed, and all existing roof guard rails will be reinforced. All existing roof drains will be retrofitted with new retrofit roof drains. The limited mechanical work scope includes replacing two existing RTUs with two new similar units. Electrical scope includes reconnection of the two new rt units and replacement of exterior light fixtures at the cooling tower courtyard.
