7H20--CyberFEDS on the Web Subscription

Description: The Department of Veterans Affairs, RPO-Central, issued a special notice of intent to award a sole-source, firm-fixed-price subscription contract for CyberFEDS on the Web. The subscription will support VHA Workforce Management and Consulting and the Human Resources Management Group with federal employment case law, regulations, reference manuals, and labor-relations guides, with a 12-month base period and two 12-month option years. The notice is not a request for competitive proposals, but responsible sources may submit capability information by August 25, 2026, at 10:00 AM Eastern Time.
