Tree and Stump Removal in Various Areas of City (Request For Proposal)

Description: Tree & stump removal at various locations. The work consists of furnishing all material, equipment, labor, storage facilities, services, and supervision necessary to remove trees and stumps listed on Addenda A & B to a depth of six (6) inches below adjoining ground level, refill remaining hole with topsoil to ground level and hydro-seeding each work area with grass seed, low-growing sedges, or native no-mow grasses (the latter two are preferred). Trees stumps must be removed and the area hydro-seeded with an approved grass seed mix, low-growing sedges, or native no-mow grasses (the latter two are preferred) no later than thirty (30) days from date of tree removal.
