Description: This Sources Sought notice seeks market-research responses from qualified service-disabled veteran-owned, veteran-owned, small or emerging small, or other-than-small businesses able to provide wall-mounted diagnostic systems for outpatient exam rooms at the Hines VAMC. The Welch Allyn brand-name-or-equal system must support non-invasive blood-pressure measurement, pulse oximetry, temperature measurement, an integrated otoscope and an integrated ophthalmoscope, together with wall mounting, centralized power and cable management, durable cleanable construction, standard clinical supplies, and minimal installation and training. Respondents must submit company and contact information, applicable contract, SAM and tax identifiers, business category, a capability statement, and manufacturer-authorization documentation to Matthew Hohl at Matthew.Hohl@va.gov no later than 11:59 PM (Central Standard Time), August 24th, 2026.
