Description: The Department of Veterans Affairs is requesting quotations from a Nuclear Regulatory Commission-licensed vendor to supply Fluorodeoxyglucose (FDG) radiopharmaceuticals for the Philadelphia VA Medical Center. The requirement supports PET/CT imaging and includes unit-dose labeling, radioactive-material packaging, routine and priority delivery, returns or credits for unused doses, and monthly invoicing. Contra Costa County's Office of Racial Equity and Social Justice (ORESJ) is soliciting proposals from service provider organizations to deliver supportive services and programs as part of the Federal D. Glover Community Wellness Network (FGCWN). This RFP is complimentary to RFQ #0038 (which seeks a Lead Entity to coordinate the network) and targets Black/African American-led and -serving organizations to provide rapid response services in communities including North Richmond, Richmond, Pittsburg, and Antioch. The network aims to improve health, safety, and wellness for African Americans and other impacted communities in Contra Costa County by addressing racial disparities in health, housing, economic opportunity, and well-being.
