The City of Santa Rosa (CA) issued an IFB for the Hopper Ave Corridor Fire Recovery Improvements Project to rehabilitate roadway and utilities along Hopper Ave between Coffey Ln and Airway Dr following damage from the 2017 Tubbs Fire. The City of Fresno seeks construction services to install a HAWK pedestrian signal at First St & Home Ave and a traffic signal at Chestnut Ave & Weldon Ave, including conduits, pull boxes, conductors, loop detectors, signal poles, controller cabinet, ITS equipment, service pedestal, curb ramps, valley gutter, pavement rehabilitation, signing and striping. The estimated construction allocation is $1,599,650.00 and the work must be completed within 90 working days from the Notice to Proceed. Bidders must hold a valid California Class 'A' or 'C-10' contractor license, provide required bonds (10% bid bond, 100% payment and performance bonds) and comply with federal requirements for federally assisted construction projects.
