Naval Supply Systems Support is seeking repair or modification of three sound recorders under NSN 7R-5835-015221023-KB and TDP VER 002, with delivery FOB Origin. The sole-source procurement is restricted because the government lacks sufficient or legible data and the rights needed to obtain repair support from additional sources, while non-approved sources must obtain Government Source Approval and submit the required documentation. Responses are due October 13, 2026, and inquiries should be directed to Cody P. Cameron.

NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support Mechanicsburg, on behalf of the Department of the Navy, has issued Solicitation N0010426QLB72 for the repair and modification of Radio Frequency Detector units (NSN 7H-5840-013343888-GL, TDP VER 002, QTY 15 EA). This is a sole-source procurement action under FAR 6.302-1 due to lack of government data rights and uneconomical reverse engineering, though all qualified responsible sources may submit interest, capability statements, or proposals within the response window. Issued under Emergency Acquisition Flexibilities (EAF/SEPA), the solicitation requires Government Source Inspection (GSI), Commercial Asset Visibility (CAV) reporting, and adherence to a defined Repair Turnaround Time (RTAT); the offer due date was extended to September 29, 2026 at 4:30 PM EDT per amendment.
