5426 Gadsden Campus Entrance Road RFP

Description: Constructing a new roadway to provide a western access connection to the Doña Ana Community College Gadsden Campus from the Interstate 10 (I-10) frontage road. The intent of the Project is to provide a complete and functional roadway connection, including associated drainage, pedestrian access, safety, and other improvements Construction improvements generally include a new two-lane hot mix asphalt roadway with curb and gutter, ADA curb ramps and associated sidewalk, drainage improvements, a stormwater ponding facility, roadway lighting, fencing, a new access gate, and other associated improvements necessary to complete the Project in accordance with the Contract Documents.
