Summary
Remove existing entryway doors and replace with new ADA preframed doors. Install new polymer partition walls that meet ADA compliancy. a. Women’s restroom 1st stall west partition wall to move 8” to west. b. Men’s restroom toilet partition wall to move to west 6”. c. All partition walls to be shorter in length by 4”. d. Women’s restroom to go from 2 bowl sink to one bowl sink. Remove existing toilets, sinks, urinals, papertowel, and toilet paper dispensers. Install new paper towel dispensers (manual style, non-battery operated). Install new toilets. Install new urinal in men’s restroom. Install new pedestal sinks in both restrooms. Install mirror above sink in both restrooms. Install shelf above mirrors over the sinks for supply storage. Remove existing lights and replace with LED trougher 2' x 4' lights, 2 per restroom. Remove existing light switches and install new switch inside each restroom. Put cover plate on existing switch box when removed. Install new 3 roll toilet paper dispensers (manual style non battery operated). Install new paper towel dispensers (manual style non battery operated). Install new soap dispensers (industrial grade manual style non battery operated). Install industrial grade water filtration system on output of well to remove impurities from well before getting to fill/flush valves. Install new exhaust fans and make operational to operate off of light switch. Paint interior walls of restroom with vapor barrier quality paint. Install signage on doors as to Men or Women restroom. Separate hot water supply off of kitchen feed and add point of use hot water heater to feed both restrooms. Install in women’s restroom and use existing power receptacle. Install "blowout" points on water lines to facilitate closing of building during winter months to allow drainage of water lines. New water feed lines to be of Pex type.
