Project involves the construction of two wildlife viewing platforms at the ted harvey conservation area. The platforms would be in 2 different locations on the property, about 1. 1 miles apart. Ada accessible wooden plank walkways, approx. 100 FT long, will lead from the respective parking areas out to the edge of the delineated wetlands areas. The platforms will be approx. 7 feet above the existing landscape providing an unobstructed 220 degree viewshed in both locations.
