Description: The project consists of demolishing an existing office suite and renovating it into a new 3T MRI suite. Part of the project extends into the existing MRI control room and the existing MRI needs to stay operation through the completion of this project. The owners vendor will furnish and install the MRI. Project includes demolition, new construction, new finishes, electrical/mechanical/plumbing modifications, concrete, framing, drywall, painting, ceiling, flooring, RF Shielding, casework, etc.
